You may know that I have worked with a group of women for about year, where I witnessed them find new ways to center themselves and flow thru challenging moments of everyday life.

It is out of this experience that I am inviting you to join us as we co-create a new HeartCalm membership, bringing practices into everyday moments, designed to impact flow and create more ease throughout your day.

FAQs

  • Each live 30-minute gathering blends simple grounding practices that may include movement and breathwork. We open and close with a brief check-in, but discussion is always optional—no sharing is ever required.

  • Absolutely. Every exercise is beginner-friendly, clearly explained, and adaptable. You’re encouraged to move (or rest) at the pace that feels right for your body.

  • All sessions are recorded and posted within 24 hours. You’ll have ongoing access to every replay, so you can practice whenever it suits your schedule. However, the discussion deepens the learning and allows for more consistent integration into your life.

  • Consistency is more impactful than length. A focused 5-10 minute exercise of nervous-system-soothing once a week—paired with short micro-moments you’ll learn to weave into daily life—builds tangible resilience over time.

  • Just a quiet corner, a stable internet connection, and a chair or yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing.

  • Yes. Members join from many time zones and rely on the replays when the live session is outside their waking hours.

  • The curriculum is designed with mid-life women in mind, but anyone who identifies as female (or feels aligned with a feminine-centered space) is warmly welcome.

  • Sessions are held in a closed Zoom room; only members receive the link. Replays focus on the facilitator and practices—participant video and audio are not included. What’s shared stays within the group.

  • Yes. Membership is month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges; your replay access remains through the paid period.

  • Founding-member pricing of $30 per month stays locked in for as long as your membership remains active. If you leave and return later, the current public rate will apply.

  • Practices emphasize small, mindful movements and breath awareness. You’re encouraged to modify or stay still as needed. If you have medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional first.

  • Sessions are guided by a seasoned embodied-awareness facilitator (see bio above) who has supported groups of women in year-long programs to cultivate calm, flow, and everyday ease.
